What do you use to make your site sparkle?

Dolce-Love.Net is powered by Wordpress.Org. One of the best blogging tools out there, if I may say. Its also run by some really neat plugins as well. I use Paint Shop Pro 7 & 9 and sometimes Adobe PhotoshopCS2. I use dreamweaver for my coding and use CuteFTP for my ftp needs.
